Excellent results for Safran in the latest Vertical Magazine Survey
Customers have ranked us n°1 in 6 of the 13 categories defined by the magazine:
- Field Reps
- Response time
- Tech Pubs
This makes us the only engine manufacturer to obtain as many top scores in the same survey!
At the end of the article, many customers named the Field Reps and Service Engineers who supported their operations. This is a wonderful recognition for our team members who strive to keep all of our customers' helicopters flying and to find the fastest and most efficient solutions possible.
The results show an increase in almost all criteria of the survey for our company, this was also the case in the last Professional Pilot magazine and our "INIT" survey. Two marks stayed the same as in 2016 (Warranty and Product Improvement) and none of them saw any decreases.
With these motivating and positive results, we will continue to pursue and enhance our customer-driven and "listen first" approach. We will do our utmost to stay commitment to the highest quality in customer care and provide you with the best and most reliable engines and services possible.
